WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?Updated 10 months ago

Immediately after you place your order, our system automatically emails you an order notification with your order items, shipping & billing addresses and the total amount charged. Our shipping department works around the clock, therefore we are unable to modify or cancel an order or change an address once an order has been placed.

Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a second email with the US Postal Service tracking number. Orders ship within 2-3 business days of order processing. Economy shipping typically takes 3-5 business days anywhere within the USA from our facility in San Diego.  International orders normally take between 7-23 business days, depending on the country and customs.
