Tracking updates are not always completely accurate, and do not necessarily mean the order is lost. Packages may experience delays or re-routes while in transit.
For Domestic Orders: If tracking does not update for 10 consecutive days after the first tracking update, the order will be considered lost. Please contact us for next steps.
For International Orders: If the order is not received within 90 days of the ship date, we will refund or re-ship your order.
