We offer optional shipping protection on domestic orders (orders placed within the US). If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you opted for shipping protection please contact [email protected] to request a replacement. Shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible to be refunded. 

We will do everything we can to help locate a missing package, however if shipping protection is not purchased Kore Essentials is not responsible for theft, loss or damage after the package is scanned as delivered. We recommend insuring your order with shipping protection if you feel your delivery could be at risk.
