We offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. To get a Full-Refund (minus shipping costs) all items must be returned uncut, unworn, unused, in original condition and original packaging (belts uncut, buckles unscratched, all parts in original packaging). Belts that have been cut are not eligible for a refund. A return request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery of your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping postage costs. If exchanging an item, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and Kore Essentials will pay the shipping cost to send the new item.
