If it's one of our solid stainless steel buckles we recommend you first try tooth paste and a soft bristle toothbrush. Rub gently. Or you can use a fine piece of micro cloth with soap and water. If that doesn't work, try using a baking soda and water paste on a lightly abrasive pad. Those remedies should do the trick. If it's a deeper scratch you can try gently rubbing the area with a very fine sand paper - 400 to 600 fine grit. If your buckle is an alloy type there's no remedy. We do not replace buckles that become scratched. Metallic buckle faces can easily scratch when they come in contact with other hard metallic surfaces.
